Loose Women Panellists Janet Street-Porter and Penny Lancaster Clash Over Adding 'Mum' to CV

For the most part they were in agreement, they just made a lot of noise over it

Loose Women panellists Janet Street-Porter and Penny Lancaster clashed over a debate on the show about whether adding parental status to a CV should be a thing for prospective job hunters.

A recent feature by BBC Worklife, discussed the issue of putting skills learned, or honed, while being a parent, on a resume and Janet and Penny had the most to say about it.

Naturally, the panel on the ITV daytime show had thoughts on the matter and Penny, who has recently qualified as a Special Constable for the Met Police, said she thought there was a valid case for skills like leadership, diplomacy and selflessness, which she says are learned by being a parent, belong on a professional resume.
